Telchac Puerto
Fishing village located in the north-central part of the Yucatan peninsula with the population of about 3300 people and average annual temperature of 26ºC. 
Situated between the worm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the shallow lagoon with thousands of flamingos and other birds, with close distance to Merida airport and City of Merida and its restaurants, shopping, theaters, golf courses, museums, galleries and health services.
Maya archeological sites such as  Xcambo,  Dzibichaltun, Uxmal, city of Izamal.
Friendly people, Location, Safety and services: city water system, electricity, telephone, internet, transportation where the primary reason for CasaYucatan to develop our first project ¨Villas Telchac 1¨ in Telchac Puerto. Since then Telchac Puerto become a home to several of our custom houses and development projects.
